In this configuration, SLmail is setup for internal LAN use only and has no connection to the Internet at all.

Options Page

Disable Smarthost is checked.

Disable MX Lookup is checked.

System Page

The Smarthost field contains "smarthost" or is blank.

The Name Server field contains "DNS."

Routing Options Page

Routing is set to Check First Record.

Send to Smarthost on failure is not checked.

Disable Retry is checked.

Connection Method Page

Dedicated Network Connection is selected.
