If you choose to use a SQL Server database to store the message information you must configure the system so that the correct Server and database are used for the Message Management Report tool.
If you chose to use SQL Server for your database you will be prompted to provide the NetBIOS (or IP address) of the machine that the SQL Server is installed on.
