Unlimited Telephone, Live Chat, Email for installation, configuration or product related issues for a twelve month period. It also includes Software Updates and Patches

20% of license fee - minimum of $400

Annual Software Updates Only

Software Assurance - Updates and Patches


10% of license fee - minimum of $300

Professional Services

 
These services are NOT included in Annual Support. $325/hour - prepaid
- two hour minimum

  • Disaster recovery

Support Business Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time zone.
