1)I had version 2.0.0 of SLSupervisor - how do I migrate information gathered from that version?

SLMail Report Center uses a different database format than SLSupervisor. Contact Technical Support to obtain a database conversion utility.

2) I was running an evaluation version of SLMail Pro Report Center , how do I convert that data to actual email addresses?

That information cannot be converted.

3) Can I email reports to any email address?

You can specify any email address to have reports mailed to. Any email client that supports multi-part MIME encoded HTML content can display the reports.

4) How do I backup my reports database data?

SLMail Pro Report Center data is contained in the (SLMail Pro Report Center installation folder)\WWWRoot folder. All data is stored in the mailmeter.mdb database. Save this file to a backup location.

Notes: To restore the database stop the following services first: Data Collection, Web Interface, Database.
